Submit Archival Documents to the Library

South Dakota state law requires that all materials published by a state agency be submitted to the state depository system. Campus authors, publishers, etc. are required to submit a copy of their work. Copies may be delivered in printed form to the Devereaux Library. 

Digital Library of South Dakota

Digital Library of South Dakota (DLSD)  is a cooperative project to digitize materials of historical significance and make them available to the public. Devereaux Library is one of seven universities in the state of South Dakota contributing to this repository.

The campus archives are maintained by the Devereaux Library. The collection consists of documents, photos and other memorabilia from its inception to the present. This collection is not open; those wishing to do research in this collection should contact the library. The collection is being digitized and made available via . We urge faculty, staff, and students to contribute to this valuable collection.
