What benefits do I have?

Benefits differ from employee to employee based on your elections during open enrollment. You can view the benefits that you have currently elected if you log into the , then the Employee Dashboard, then click on Benefits, then click on Current Summary.

Can I put additional money into my retirement accounts?

Information about supplemental retirement plans (403b-Retirement Manager and the 457 Supplemental Retirement Plan) can be found in the by clicking on the Employee tab, then the Employee Benefits card.

Where can I find forms related to Human Resources?

Forms (tuition reimbursement, volunteer agreements, etc.) can be found online at Human Resources Forms.

How do I change my legal name in the system?

Please bring your new social security card to the HR office so that we can update your name in Banner and update your I-9 form.

Where is the Stoltz Faculty/Staff Lounge and can I use it?

The Stoltz Faculty/Staff Lounge is located on the second floor of the Classroom Building. In order to have access to the Stoltz Faculty/Staff Lounge, you must purchase an annual membership for $20. You have the option of purchasing a membership when you purchase your parking pass. You may contact Roger Johnson (Roger.Johnson@sdsmt.edu) for further questions on the Faculty/Staff Lounge.
